A software platform that’s focused on business process management, marketing, sales and customer service for large enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. The platform allows these companies to leverage the vast amount of data they own, in combination with artificial intelligence, to serve customers with targeted offers and service through all the channels linked to the Pega platform. Furthermore, the platform allows companies to create applications for their employees, that are powered by the same data and intelligence, to assist them in reaching their business goals.

what I did

At Pega I was the lead designer of the AI & analytics platform that allows data scientists to manage and optimize the artificial intelligence used in all Pega applications. I also designed for the marketing platform called Customer Decision Hub that’s used by marketing users to manage and optimize customer engagement.  At Pega I collaborated with developers, product management, UX research and UX writers, while also aligning with the design systems and designers working on similar flows.

  • Designer for multiple teams in three different continents
  • Initiated research and vision definition for the AI & analytics platform that led to a more effective design for the users
  • Started and led an initiative to create personas and user journey maps that were consistent company wide, for which I created templates. These personas are adopted throughout the company, from design to sales
  • Created and facilitated a design scoping workshop to improve the gathering of requirements and knowledge sharing at the start of an epic 
  • Won TMC CUSTOMER Product of the Year Award for the Ethical Bias Check feature that I designed
