we were working on

an online banking platform for ING customers to handle their daily banking needs.

what I did

At ING I was the lead designer for the user experience of opening and managing payment accounts. I was the designer for 7 scrum teams in two different cities. In my time at ING, I collaborated with developers, copywriters, visual designers, legal teams and project managers while also aligning with the ING design system, lead designer and designers working on similar flows.

  • Successfully advocated UX design within several teams
  • Facilitated various types of workshops
  • Developed a design workshop to kick start projects which became the new standard within the design team
  • Created templates for the design team that improved the collaboration with the UX writers
