we were working on

a data analytic platform for customer service teams to improve their performance, by visualizing their performance and rerouting tickets. As a startup Cupenya tried to make big data analytics available for all types of companies, by offering it as SaaS. The platform was used by companies like Elsevier, Liberty Global and Marley Spoon.

what I did

As the lead designer in the company I was involved in all design work. My main input was a new product strategy to focus more on data evaluation instead of data visualization, to provide the company a unique selling point.

  • Developed and implemented a new product strategy to add a unique value proposition to the product
  • Improved and designed various elements of the product and website like the pricing page, subscription management and sign-up flow
