we were working on
an AI powered financial crime SaaS platform, to help financial institutions be compliant with their local financial regulations and detect illegal activities of their customers. By consolidating KYC (Know Your Customer), client on- and offboarding, screening and transaction monitoring in one platform customers of Fenergo are able to manage the full lifecycle of their own clients.
what I did
At Sentinels I was the head of the design department, responsible for the user experience of the product and the growth of the team. I established contracts with our Product management and Engineering peers, to make sure we designers were fully integrated in the product development process so we could deliver the best possible user experience to our users.
As we were targeting to make the product fully self-served, I established the following design principles, that were translated in all of our designs:

After the acquisition by Fenergo, I kept leading the design of the Transaction Monitoring platform and the team of designers as we integrated the products and organsitions together.

Led and delivered the redesign of our transaction monitoring platform with improved user experience in 6 months.

Led the integration of the transaction monitoring platform in Fenergo, succesfully guarding the design patterns that were established that met the transaction monitoring users needs.
